September 2010: NACD Atlanta Members Feature in NACD Directorship. Three KSU professors were included in the September issue of NACD Directorship, which listed of the most influential people in governance and other "movers and shakers " in the field: Dana Hermanson- founding member of the NACD Atlanta Chapter's Advisory Board, Paul Lapides- member of the NACD National Advisory Board for almost 15 years, and James Tompkins, Finance Professor at KSU. The top 100 list includes a few university professors - from Harvard, Yale, Columbia, Stanford, and Delaware. The publication included an additional list of 34 People to Watch - "a short list of movers and shakers who merit serious attention as potential boardroom influentials."
